The challenge. Business Marketing Group was tremendously successful through word-of-mouth marketing and referrals. Nevertheless, BMG had penetrated their resources and needed to expand. Ignisi (formerly Activate! Marketing) faced the challenge of creating a successful brand image, updating and expanding on current online communications and developing winning marketing and sales communication materials. Business Marketing Group also had an immediate need to create a full-range conference program for the purpose of educating prospects on building alliances.
Ignisi’s solution and role. Through the process of brand methodology, Ignisi quickly began the assessment and analysis of corporate objectives, target audiences and competitive research to produce a successful brand image and message for Business Marketing Group. The challenge was to deliver a message through channels of branding to educate audiences and supply the foundation for future program developments. Our strategy was to clearly identify market positioning, fully define programs/offerings and begin a methodology for growth potential for Business Marketing Group.

Methodology and results. Ignisi began a strategic methodology to build a successful brand image. The immediate needs were marketing and sales materials and a complete conference-style program to educate target audiences on the development and needs of alliances and alliance strategies.
Ignisi finalized the
brand image within 30 days with updated
marketing and
sales materials and messaging.
Prospects were profiled to identify and set in motion the strategic conception of marketing functions throughout the organization. Once the target audiences were identified, Activate! Marketing worked to pinpoint key media markets to educate the industry as well as drive new sales opportunities.
Ignisi’s next step was the conception and organization of the alliances conferences for Washington and California locations. From the formation of target profiling, a tactical timetable of events, messaging systems, educational tool development, multimedia presentation and campaign development the conferences were launched successfully. These conferences led to other programs being developed through the organization.
This program was launched within 60 days.
